By year 2002, three new lofts and condos projects were started in Miami Beach on Collins Avenue between 70th and 80th street: Vilasol, Vilazul and Vilamur. Those soft loft buildings were boutique projects with each around a dozen units for sale.

The location of these Miami Beach condos and lofts was excellent , overlooking the dream sandy beaches of Miami Beach. From an architectural standpoint it is interesting how the architects included very strong Art Deco features to their designs, linking them to the best of Miami architectural tradition.

Another condos and loft project to hit Miami Beach was called Bayview Lofts, located right on the blue waters of Biscayne Bay with breathtaking views of Downtown Miami.
