The so called City of Excellence, the wealthy Aventura in North Miami, also had its share of the condos craze. Some new developments offered their luxurious version of Aventura lofts and Aventura condos, featuring spectacular water views or being located just steps away from the prestigious Turnberry Golf course and the famous Aventura Mall.

Some also offer private marinas for the comfort of their residents. The loft frenzy in Aventura started later than in the rest of Miami, with the result that only one gorgeous condos and lofts – the Uptown Marina Lofts – has been completed so far.

Being Aventura very much a "family" area, the loft concept there has been more tamed than in other more edgy areas of Miami, offering somehow traditional condos with more spacious volumes.

Aventura is ideally located between South Beach and Fort Lauderdale, minutes away from multiple office buildings, shopping centers and retail stores.
