Designed by the Miami-based architectural firm of Behar, Font & Partners, The Yorker’s loft building will consist of 11 floors, the first three of which will be reserved for secure parking. The fourth level will feature a select number of residences plus the majority of the tower’s amenities and common spaces such as a multi-purpose recreational room, a fully equipped fitness center and a lushly landscaped resort pavilion with lap pool and spa. The remaining floors will feature a variety of loft residences ranging in size from 650 to 1,356 square feet that can be designed to accommodate one, two or three bedrooms. Residences at The Yorker feature uninterrupted open floor plans with 10-foot ceilings (12-foot on penthouse floor), exposed ductwork and electrical conduits, polished concrete flooring, European-style kitchens with concrete countertops, and oversized balconies.
