Located in the prestigious South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood of South Beach, Absolut Lofts consists of 20 split-level loft residences. The building's design is very modern and has crisp clean architecture. Absolut Lofts was designed by Kobi Karp and completed in 2005. There are two types of units available in the building; Garden lofts and Penthouse lofts. The Garden Lofts at Absolut Lofts feature their own individual entrances from the street and have small private yards and/or gardens. The Penthouse Lofts are located on the upper floors and have large terraces.
