St. Regis Resort & Residences is a 26-story oceanfront complex which will be constructed on the current site of the Sheraton Bal Harbour. Construction on the St. Regis is scheduled to begin by the end of 2007.
The development will contain studio units ranging from 781 to 839 square feet, with some units in the 1,295 to 1,488 square foot range.
